Zachary Adams

Mr. Adams is the Executive Vice President of Development; he is responsible for all aspects of development in markets across the United States. He is focused on creating meaningful places for people. Mr. Adams joined CONAM in in 2021. Prior to joining CONAM, Mr. Adams was Vice President at Brookfield Properties (formerly OliverMcMillan), where he oversaw master planning and urban infill projects in the western United States and was also a founding member of the organization’s vision & design group. Prior to Brookfield, Mr. Adams was a manager of forward planning at Baldwin & Sons, and a designer at MW Steele Group.​

Mr. Adams holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California (USC), a Master of Architecture from the New School of Architecture, and a Bachelor of Arts, from Northwestern University. He is a licensed architect in the State of California. He is also an actively participating member of Lambda Alpha International, and the Urban Land Institute.
