Wes Daniel

Wes Daniel serves as the executive vice president responsible for CONAM’s affordable property management platform consisting of 25,000 affordable apartment homes and CONAM’s regulatory compliance department.  Wes joined CONAM in 2013 as a regional vice president, ultimately moving into a senior vice president role in 2015 and executive vice president in 2024.  Over this tenure with CONAM, he has worked to stabilize our affordable operations and grow our affordable client base.​

With 30 years of property management experience, Wes brings an extensive background in all facets of property management, both conventional and affordable, as well as a proven track record of compliance oversight. Prior to joining CONAM, Wes held senior management level positions with firms such as US Residential Group, Simpson Property Group and SARES-REGIS Group. Wes is active on the HCCP Board of Governors and was its 2022 Chair and is also active on the boards of several charitable and non-profit organizations both nationally and in San Diego. He is a licensed California Real Estate Salesperson and has earned multiple designations including Accredited Residential Manager, Housing Credit Certified Professional and National Compliance Professional Executive.
