Teresa Nicklas

Teresa Nicklas is responsible for the management and performance of Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado regions. She brings over 25 years of multi-family experience to the team.Prior to joining CONAM, Teresa served as President for Celtic Property Management, where she was responsible for overseeing the operation of the company’s owned, managed and 3rd party portfolio.

Prior to her role as president, Teresa served as Area Vice President of Property Operations for the West Central Area with Aimco, a national real estate investment trust, responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operations of over 50 Conventional and Affordable communities in 5 states.
