Tanner Lack

Mr. Lack joined CONAM in 2022 and holds the position of Asset Manager. He oversees a portfolio of multifamily investments located in the Western United States. He is responsible for property oversight, financial management, investor reporting, strategic direction, and business planning and execution throughout the life cycle of each investment.

Prior to joining CONAM, he managed a portfolio of multifamily, retail, and office investments as an Asset Manager at Guardian-Capital. Additionally, he worked as an analyst at MG Properties Group, where he participated in the acquisition of over $1.9 billion in institutional multifamily real estate.

Mr. Lack is actively involved with the NAIOP real estate organization and sits on the Developing Leaders Council. Mr. Lack graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate.
