Stephen du Toit

Stephen du Toit joined CONAM in 2023 and serves as Director of Construction. He is responsible for oversight and management of all construction related activities for new ground-up developments. Using his experience in construction management Stephen provides input through all stages of development. 

Prior to joining CONAM Stephen has spent the last 20 years in the construction industry, most recently with C.W. Driver for 11 years in the greater Los Angeles market. In his role at C.W. Driver, Stephen was responsible for over $500MM in new construction, including projects in senior living, hospitality, entertainment, higher education, health science, and civic sectors.

Stephen holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Brigham Young University. He is also a participating member of the Urban Land Institute.
