Michelle Sites ​

Ms. Sites oversees the operations of 6,500 units for the CONAM Affordable Division in San Diego County. With more than 25 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Ms. Sites is a knowledge expert of affordable housing programs, property management, the rehabilitation of assets, and has extensive lease-up experience. Her responsibilities include overseeing and managing the operations of the assets within her portfolio to ensure productivity and profitability are maximized. She oversees 2 Senior Regional Managers, 9 Regional Managers, and an Administrative Assistant, comprising a team designed to support the success of the properties which they serve.
