Melissa Sharick Coleman

Ms. Sharick Coleman joined CONAM in 2017 and holds the position of Executive Vice President of Asset Management. She oversees a regional portfolio of multifamily investments including both owned and fee managed assets. She is responsible for property oversight including budget management, investor reporting, strategic direction, and business plan execution throughout the life cycle of each asset. Ms. Sharick Coleman has a diverse background in commercial real estate that encompasses investment management, acquisitions, and project development. Prior to joining CONAM, she directed portfolio management and business development for a private equity firm and oversaw a $400MM portfolio of commercial real estate and partnership investments. Before transitioning into portfolio management, she held the role of Vice President of Acquisitions at Interwest Capital Corp. In her time at Interwest, she was instrumental in growing the portfolio by $375MM through both apartment and hotel investments. Ms. Sharick Coleman received her MBA and MS in Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Economics from the University of California, San Diego.​
