Gregory Raap brings over two decades of leadership experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of success in multifamily operations including conventional, affordable and military housing.

A graduate of California State Polytechnic University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, and Law, Greg is also a licensed broker in the State of California and Hawaii.

Prior to joining CONAM, Greg held senior leadership positions at Goldrich Kest, The Hunt Companies and Forest City Enterprises where he successfully guided multifamily operations which included diverse geographic portfolios.
