Gregory Raap joined CONAM in 2024 as Executive Vice President, overseeing conventional property management operations. With over two decades of leadership experience in real estate, Gregory plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of CONAM’s conventional portfolio. His expertise spans a wide range of multifamily asset classes, including conventional, affordable, and military housing. Gregory is recognized for his strategic leadership and a proven track record of operational excellence and growth within the industry. Prior to joining CONAM, Greg held senior leadership positions at Goldrich Kest, Hunt Companies Inc., and Forest City Enterprises Inc. (Forest City Realty Trust), where he successfully guided multifamily operations of various asset classes within diverse geographic portfolios.
