Dan Limata

Dan Limata is responsible for the management and performance of conventional multifamily units in the California.​

He interfaces with the executive management team, senior vice presidents, and supporting department vice presidents. Additionally, Dan leads a team of regional property managers, administrator, and supporting department heads, with regard to property operations, staffing, property performance and operating standards. Dan has more than 24 years’ experience in the field of real estate management with expertise in the management of multifamily properties, commercial office buildings and retail shopping centers. Dan holds a bachelor’s degree in business marketing from California State University Fresno. He also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License and a Certified Property Manager® designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.​

Prior to joining CONAM, Dan was a senior regional property manager for both Manco Abbott in Fresno, California and Winn Residential, assisting in the management oversight of the company’s California portfolio.
