Brett Stevens

Brett Stevens oversees the management and performance of the CONAM Pacific Northwest Region. He supports operational standards, property performance, and local staffing. He also provides leadership to the Regional Portfolio Managers while working with supporting department leaders and administration teams. Brett has over 26 years of property operational experience and expertise in the multifamily industry. His multifaceted background includes affordable, conventional, and senior housing. Brett served our country as a Veteran of the United States Navy. Before joining CONAM, Brett was a Vice President with Fairfield Residential, overseeing the Texas and Washington State portfolios; he also held positions with Essex Property Trust and Holland Residential.
