Angela has over 20 years experience in the multifamily industry with multiple revenue management certifications and Google product certifications. Angela Beem is responsible for overseeing the marketing and revenue initiatives of CONAM’s nationwide portfolio and national brand. She interfaces continuously with the Executive team, Regional Vice Presidents, and the field teams regarding marketing and revenue strategies, owner relationships, advertising performance, reputation management, and customer acquisitions. Her direct reports include the Marketing Managers, Revenue Managers, and the Graphic Design Team. Angela Beem has a vast understanding of digital marketing, revenue management, search engine optimization, search engine management, plus Google and social media products, policies, procedures and requirements. She specializes in analyzing market and advertising performance, split testing (A/B), and proficiency testing to better the business. ​
