Andy Ladrech

Mr. Ladrech currently oversees CONAM’s conventional portfolio operations in California. This portfolio consists of approximately 13,000 apartments and a support staff of more than 250 associates. Mr. Ladrech’s California conventional portfolio is managed from the firm’s regional offices located in Sacramento, the Los Angeles/Inland Empire and San Diego. Mr. Ladrech has over 25 years’ experience in real estate management. In addition to his current position managing multifamily properties, Mr. Ladrech has managed commercial assets including office buildings, retail shopping centers, and industrial properties. He also has extensive commercial leasing, multifamily lease-up, and real estate development experience. Prior to joining CONAM in 2000, Mr. Ladrech worked for Archstone Communities as a San Francisco Bay Area Operations Manager. In that capacity, Mr. Ladrech managed approximately 3,000 units located primarily in the San Francisco East Bay Area. Mr. Ladrech holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Diego. He also holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall Graduate School of Business.
