Kellea is an industry veteran with over 28 years of experience in the multi-family industry. During her tenure, she has held a variety of property management positions in the field and promoted into an executive role in 2010. She recently joined ConAm in 2019 and oversees the management operations for the Colorado portfolio of over 3,000 units. Prior to ConAm, Kellea served as Vice President of Operations for Alliance Residential where she was responsible for 7 different markets, including a mixed portfolio of conventional and affordable assets and subsequently Invitation Homes in Atlanta, Georgia. Kellea's ability to transform and improve operations, to create strong teams as well as ignite solid performance in new business acquisitions were all instrumental factors in the growth of business for those two firms.
Kellea and her family relocated to Denver in 2015, and for the last several years, Kellea held the position of Director of Real Estate for Zocalo Community Development. While in this position, Kellea created the management/operations arm of the company and worked hand in hand with the development team to bring several new properties from new construction/lease up to stabilized operations.
Kellea continues to share her expertise within the Denver community through her involvement with the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD). Kellea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Latin from the University of Georgia and is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM) candidate. She holds her broker's license in the states of Colorado and Georgia.
