Regional Offices
Pacific Northwest
Meet our Regional Team
ConAm has been a property management leader in the Pacific Northwest area for more than fifteen years. Today, the regional office manages 29 assets with more than 3,500 multifamily units from Everett to Olympia and continues to grow. The portfolio includes, garden-style, mid-rise, new construction and mixed-use developments.
The regional office is located in Renton, Washington and has 15 regional associates offering expertise in management, marketing, training, facility management and renovations. Recently a renovation department was established, and currently there are three renovations in process with the region actively seeking out clients and properties that fit our renovation profile.
Approximately 150 community associates oversee the operations of the communities in Washington. There is great pride in knowing that a large majority of them have been with ConAm for several years.
It has been an active year so far for ConAm associates in the Washington region. In June, the region celebrated their success in meeting Resident Service Excellence Goals, by going as a group to a Seattle Mariner's Baseball Game! This Òfield tripÓ was to congratulate everyone for their contributions in exceeding customer expectations in the last nationwide resident survey.
The region continues its community outreach and charitable activates as well, sponsoring two tables at the upcoming Domestic Abuse Women's Network (DAWN) breakfast. Throughout the year our communities and ConAm regional office staffs support this charitable organization and its efforts to provide a new start for victims of domestic abuse.
As the year progresses we will maintain our focus on professional education programs. Associates can expect consistent, quality training in a variety subjects including customer service, traditional and online leasing techniques and technology, property management and maintenance, and other subjects, designed to provide a strong foundation for success. Associates can also look forward to some more fun team building activities as the year progresses!
