Meet our Regional Team
ConAm has been a property management leader in the Pacific Northwest area for more than fifteen years. Today, the regional office manages 26 assets with approximately 3,500 units. The portfolio includes, garden-style, mid-rise, new construction and mixed-use developments.
The regional office is located in Renton, Washington and has a team of regional associates offering expertise in management, marketing, training, facility management and renovations.
Close to 100 community associates oversee the daily operations of the communities in Washington. There is great pride in knowing that a large majority of them has been with ConAm for several years.

Regional Team
Angie Lausch, CPM®
Regional Vice President
Ms. Lausch joined ConAm in 2011. She is responsible for overseeing operations for 26 multifamily residential and mixed-use assets in the firm’s Pacific Northwest property management portfolio.
Ms. Lausch began her career in property management more than twenty years ago, working on-site for Goodman Financial Services (now Pinnacle) leasing up new apartment developments.
Prior to joining ConAm, she spent eight years as an owner of Glacier Real Estate Services, a regional property management firm, where she was a founding principal and designated broker. While with Glacier, she also managed a portfolio of apartment and mixed-use assets including 1,700 units and over 50,000 sq. ft of commercial space. Assets ranged from luxury high-rise and mid-rise buildings, to garden-style and affordable housing properties.
Prior to Glacier, she spent ten years as a regional property manager for HSC Real Estate in Seattle, where she managed a diverse portfolio of investment properties including mid-rise, garden style apartments and low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) properties totaling over 4,200 units.
She has extensive lease-up and pre-development experience, having leased up over 2,500 new units in the Puget Sound market.
Ms. Lausch holds a Certified Property Manager designation (CPM®) from IREM and is a licensed real estate broker.
Michael D. Hogue
Regional Portfolio Manager
Mr. Hogue joined the ConAm team in early 2004. He is currently responsible for the oversight of nine apartment communities, totaling 1,434 units throughout the greater Puget Sound region. These properties include mid-rise mixed-use and garden-style communities. While with ConAm, he has played an active role in new business development.
His current responsibilities include: building strong client relationships, supervision of on-site staff, weekly review of leasing progress, rent pricing, marketing, financial performance (income growth and expense control) and annual budget preparation.
With over 20 years of property management industry experience, Mr. Hogue has held various key positions and has managed many diverse real estate investments ranging from multi-family residential, retail shopping centers, condominium associations and single-family rentals. Prior to joining ConAm, he held executive and management positions with Harsch Investments LLC (Portland), Picerne Real Estate Group (Phoenix) and Balcor Property Management (Phoenix).
Mr. Hogue attended Brigham Young and Arizona State Universities, where his major was in business management. He is active with local apartment associations and has held numerous committee and council positions.
LaDon Beck
Regional Portfolio Manager
Ms. Beck joined ConAm in 2001. Her property management portfolio consists of urban mid-rise and garden-style apartment communities located throughout the greater Seattle metropolitan area. She is responsible for all aspects of management oversight, including monthly and weekly reporting, budget preparation, project oversight, on-site staffing, driving financial performance and client relations.
Ms. Beck more than 20 years of experience in multifamily property management and retail management. Prior to her current position, she held several positions within ConAm including assistant manager, community manager and regional property operations specialist, giving her a vast knowledge and insight into many facets of property management. She has extensive experience with new construction lease-ups and renovations and is skilled in maximizing ROI for established communities. She is specifically successful in driving financial performance by building and mentoring strong, productive on-site teams.
Ms. Beck holds certificates in fair housing, customer service, management skills, and time management and is a licensed real estate broker. In 2006 she was named ConAm's nationwide Community Manager of the Year. In 2011, she was named Portfolio Manager of the Year for the entire Puget Sound Region, by the Washington Multi-Family Housing Association.
Lauree Crabtree
Regional Portfolio Manager
Ms. Crabtree currently supervises a portfolio of seven apartment communities in Olympia and Seattle. Her portfolio consists of two mixed-use, mid-rise residential/retail communities; one currently in lease–up, as well as five garden-style apartment communities. She is responsible for all aspects of management oversight, including monthly and weekly reporting, preparing budgets, on-site staffing and interfacing with property owners.
Ms. Crabtree has more than 17 years of experience in both management and marketing roles in multifamily housing. In addition to ConAm, she has worked for top-tier firms such as Simpson Property Group, Archon Group, and Legacy Partners. Prior to joining ConAm in 2010, she oversaw the successful lease up of a 248-unit mixed-use building in Downtown Seattle. Previously, she was a Regional Marketing Director for Simpson Property Group, with a diverse portfolio in three markets.
Ms. Crabtree holds a Washington Real Estate license, and certificates in training and interior design, and has developed several customer service and leasing training programs. Her forte lies in marketing, branding, positioning, team building and motivation, troubleshooting, and repositioning. She also has a strong financial background including budget creation and control, proforma, and due diligence for acquisition/dispositions.
Frederick Fuller
Regional Maintenance Director
Mr. Fuller is currently responsible for providing construction management services for ConAm and its clients in the Pacific Northwest.
His primary duties include overseeing all maintenance operations of the Pacific Northwest region and procurement of contractors to complete various capital improvement projects. He interfaces closely with regional personnel in identifying and implementing short- and long-term capital improvement and preventative maintenance programs. His authority includes supervision of the Regional maintenance supervisors and monitoring the Northwest maintenance and safety training programs. Additional responsibilities include performing due diligence inspections for potential property acquisitions and oversight of current renovation projects.
Mr. Fuller has more than 30 years of experience in the construction and multifamily residential and commercial maintenance industries, with extensive knowledge of project management, quality control, contract negotiation and administration, budget control, project scheduling, purchasing and inventory control. Mr. Fuller possesses significant knowledge in all facets of construction and has specialized in multifamily maintenance for the past fifteen years.
Mr. Fuller received certification through the Carpenters Union and certification in mold remediation from Prezant Association as well as the Washington State Environmental Health Association.
Valerie Koontz
Regional Systems Coordinator
Ms. Koontz is responsible for developing, mentoring, leading and training on system support to include training associates on using the MRI property management software and leasing Policy and Procedures. She is the IT systems support person for the Seattle region and responsible for operation reviews of all properties.
With a combined total of 20 years industry experience, she brings expertise from both the regional and community level. Ms. Koontz specializes in operations, customer service, marketing, people development and leading by example. She is known for building and managing a strong team, by overseeing all operations including maintenance capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, collections, evictions, vacancy anticipation, marketing, lease renewals, service contracts, expense control and audits.
Ms. Koontz is a licensed Washington State Real Estate Salesperson. She has also completed courses in Fair Housing, Customer Service, Management Skills and Training.
