Ms. Wessler joined ConAm in 2008 and brings more than 28 years of real estate experience to the company. Previously, she was employed as a vice president for Simpson Housing, AIMCO, JPI and most recently, Omni/Riverstone. She is also a former president of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and was regional vice president for Region Eight of the National Apartment Association.

Ms. Wessler has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Iowa State University, is a licensed Colorado real estate broker and a certified property management (CPM^®) candidate and is a certified apartment property supervisor (CAPS).

Her duties include performing weekly site visits, owner communication, preparation of budgets and monthly owner reports, in addition to hiring and coaching on-site management and maintenance.

Ms. Kolbu has 25 years of real estate industry experience. Prior to joining ConAm in 2008, she held a various key positions in the multifamily management industry. Most recently, she was a regional property manager with Riverstone/Omni and prior to that with Princeton in Portland, Oregon.

Ms. Kolbu holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Santa Clara and is an associate Colorado real estate broker.

Her duties include performing weekly site visits, owner communication, preparation of budgets and monthly owner reports, in addition to hiring and coaching on-site management and maintenance.

Ms. Schumacher has more than 16 years experience in property management. Prior to joining ConAm, she worked with Carmel Partners where she held several positions including that of regional manager.

Ms. Schumacher holds a bachelor’s degree from Keene State College in Keene New Hampshire.

Her responsibilities include the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans as well as comprehensive market analysis, print and Internet advertising, collateral and promotional materials, marketing outreach programs and branding. In addition, she is responsible for the training of on-site leasing personnel as well as overseeing the region’s customer service and community outreach initiatives.

Prior to joining ConAm in 2008, Ms. Mumford worked for Simpson Property Group for four years, most recently in the position of national trainer. In this capacity, she was in charge of leasing, marketing, customer service and ‘soft-skills’ training for the firm’s property management personnel, nationwide.

A Denver native, Ms. Mumford holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Metropolitan State College of Denver.

Ms. Cernosek started her career in the apartment industry in the late 1970’s in the accounting field. Over the years Ms. Cernosek’s experience has included on-site management, bookkeeping, banking, financial services, auditing, and training

Ms. Cernosek joined ConAm as the regional systems coordinator in 2001. Previously, she was the director of information systems at AIMCO, responsible for more than 12,000 apartment units in Texas.

In 2001, she obtained the national compliance professional-executive (NCP-E) designation. In addition, Ms. Cernosek holds a compliance occupancy specialist designation and has experience with HUD, bond and tax credit programs.

He is also an active contributor in the company’s due diligence process, accessing maintenance and construction issues for future acquisitions.

Mr. Boyd has more than 20 years in the maintenance and construction fields. His diversified knowledge includes mechanical, electrical and plumbing, as well as both vertical and horizontal construction. He works hand-in-hand with the community managers and maintenance superintendents to identify and resolve both immediate and capital investment issue.

Mr. Boyd is a Proctor for the ESCO Institute, has a universal HVAC certification and is CPO certified.
