Meet our Regional Team
ConAm has been active in the Arizona apartment market since the late 1970’s, having managed and supervised the construction of apartment communities in the Phoenix and Tucson areas for the firm, as well as providing fee-management services for financial institutions and private owners.
In 2006 ConAm significantly increased its regional presence and local market expertise with the acquisition of SkyWest Properties, Inc., a respected Phoenix-based property management firm. Currently the region oversees a portfolio of 25 apartment communities (approx. 5,000 units), located throughout the greater Phoenix metro and Tucson areas. The portfolio includes garden-style, market-rate, tax credit, and student housing properties.
The region employs 125 associates at the property level, and has a highly skilled, 16-member regional office team dedicated to providing property management, marketing, accounting, and maintenance support services to associates and clients.

Allen Glidewell
Regional Vice President
Mr. Glidewell is responsible for the overall management operations and performance of ConAm’s Arizona property portfolio (approx. 5,000 units).
Mr. Glidewell joined the ConAm team in 2006, when ConAm acquired Skywest Properties, Inc., a Phoenix-based property management firm. Mr. Glidewell had worked for SkyWest since 1994, most recently as their director of property management.
He has specialized in apartment property management for more than 14 years and has held previous positions as an on-site community manager and district manager.
Mr. Glidewell holds a certified apartment property supervisor designation from the National Apartment Association and is a licensed real estate agent.
Jacquelyn Karre
Regional Portfolio Manager
Ms. Karre currently oversees the operation of eight apartment communities located throughout the Phoenix, Tucson, and Douglas, AZ areas.
Ms. Karre joined ConAm in 2008, and has more than 13 years experience in multifamily real estate management. She began her career as a leasing agent and within two years, advanced to the position of regional area manager. Ms. Karre later moved into the portfolio management arena, overseeing eight, Section 42 properties in Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, and Colorado.
A proven performer, she also has extensive fee-management expertise, specializing in lease-up properties and stabilization.
Ms. Karre holds an Arizona real estate license, is a member of PAR (Phoenix Association of Realtor's), and the National Association of Realtors. In 2009, she was honored as a finalist in the American Multihousing Association's (AMA) Tributes Awards for Property Supervisor of the Year.
Jennifer Williams
Regional Portfolio Manager
Ms. Williams currently oversees the operation of seven apartment communities, (approx. 1,400 units), located throughout the greater Phoenix Metropolitan area.
Ms. Williams has more than 15 years of property management experience. Prior to joining ConAm, she held an asset management position with an investment firm overseeing 3,336 apartment units. Previously she has worked with Colonial Properties Trust, Fairfield Properties, Archstone, and Equity Residential.
Ms. Williams holds a bachelor's degree in business from Arizona State University, as well as an Arizona real estate license.
Kelly Keech
Regional Portfolio Manager
Ms. Keech joined the ConAm team as a regional portfolio manager in 2011, She currently oversees a portfolio of four apartment communities. Her responsibilities include on-site team building, resident retention, financial performance, expense control, client relations, reporting, annual budget control and interfacing with property owners.
Ms. Keech has more than 20 years of experience in multifamily property management and has worked with several reputable companies in the DFW area. Prior to joining ConAm, Ms. Keech worked with AIMCO for 10 years. She began her career as a community manager and eventually held positions in the sales and marketing department, as a regional property manager, and most recently was the director of operations for the Houston, DFW, Austin and San Antonio areas.
Suzanne Reinke, CPM®
Regional Portfolio Manager
Ms. Reinke joined the ConAm team in 2011. She currently oversees the operations of six apartment communities (1,150) units) throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area.
Her responsibilities include supervising all aspects of property operations including budget preparation, financial reporting, leasing activities, and the hiring and management of on-site teams and outside vendors—in order to maximize asset performance for property owners.
Ms. Reinke holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Phoenix, a Certified Property Manager® designation from The Institute of Real Estate Management® and an Arizona real estate salesperson license. Ms. Reinke has more than 20 years of property management experience that includes work in student housing, privatized military housing, commercial and multifamily management.
Prior to joining ConAm, Ms. Reinke worked six years with MEB Management Services and nine years with Picerne Real Estate Group.
Angela Beem
Director of Marketing and Education
Ms. Beem oversees the marketing, advertising and training efforts for approximately 5,000 apartment homes located throughout the state of Arizona and select parts of Texas.
Her responsibilities include the development and implementation of strategic marketing plans, comprehensive market analysis, print/internet advertising, marketing collateral, promotional materials, marketing outreach programs, and company branding. In addition, she is responsible for directing customer service and community outreach initiatives, as well as being responsible for the training of all on-site personnel.
Prior to joining ConAm in 2011, Mrs. Beem worked for AIMCO Property Management. During her eight-year tenure with AIMCO she demonstrated expertise in transforming low performing properties into revenue generating properties and stabilizing properties to position them for future revenue growth success.
Shanita Lawrence
Regional Systems Coordinator
Ms. Lawrence’s areas of responsibility include continuous training of associates, systems support and conducting audits.
She also ensures that the community and regional staff are conducting business in accordance to state, and federal laws.
Ms. Lawrence joined ConAm in 2001 and during her tenure has worked as an assistant manager, business manager and community manager in both the Arizona and California regions.
Ms. Lawrence holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from Arizona State University. She is also in the process of obtaining real estate licenses in Arizona and California.
