Terry Spencer

Vice President of Information and Technology

Mr. Spencer is in charge of overseeing ConAm’s Information and Technology Group. He has been with ConAm more than 18 years. The IT Group is responsible for all hardware, software and communication equipment throughout the organization and supports 250 corporate and regional associates and more than 600 computers at client communities, nationwide.

Mr. Spencer has supervised the implementation and migration of several accounting software and hardware platforms during his tenure with ConAm. He is thoroughly knowledgeable in all aspects of the ever-evolving technological arena, having expertise in a variety of environments from mainframe computers to Web-based systems.

Prior to ConAm, Mr. Spencer worked for The Price Club in their computer programming area. He holds a bachelor’s in economics, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
