Mr. Kent joined ConAm in 1980 as a Regional Property Manager and progressively took on larger portfolios in California, Nevada and Arizona. In 1986 he established our Dallas office and has been involved in the management of properties throughout Texas, Ohio, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, New Mexico, Florida and North Carolina.

Prior to joining ConAm, Mr. Kent was with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and was responsible for 100 federally insured apartment projects in California and Nevada.

Mr. Kent earned a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of California at Los Angeles, and a master's degree in business administration from Golden Gate University
