Andre Ladrech

Mr. Ladrech is responsible for the management and performance of all ConAm-managed properties in Northern California (approx. 8,500 units). He interfaces continuously with the executive vice president, regional office staff and community managers, with regard to property operations, staffing, property performance and operating standards.

He has more than 17 years experience in the fields of real estate management, leasing and development. Previously, he was the Northern California operations manager for Archstone Communities. In that capacity, Mr. Ladrech had general management responsibility for more than 2,500 units in Northern California and Nevada. 

Mr. Ladrech holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of San Diego and a master’s in business administrations from the University of Southern California.
