Mr. Glidewell is responsible for the overall management operations and performance of ConAm’s Arizona property portfolio (approx. 5,000 units).

Mr. Glidewell joined the ConAm team in 2006, when ConAm acquired Skywest Properties, Inc., a Phoenix-based property management firm. At that time, he was the Director of Property Management for SkyWest, having worked for the firm since 1994.

He has specialized in apartment property management for more than 14 years and has held previpus positions as experience as an onsite Community Manager and District Manager.

Mr. Glidewell holds a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor designation from the National Apartment Association and is a licensed Real Estate Agent.
