Mr. Beedie is responsible for oversight and leadership of Information Technology at ConAm. This includes the development and implementation of strategies involving the use of Information Technology as well as reviewing business processes with the various corporate, regional and property associates to identify opportunities to utilize technology to create and drive efficiencies.

Mr. Beedie spent the early years of his career in the accounting and finance field for large corporations. Over time, he applied his knowledge of business processes to the design and implementation of software solutions, ultimately holding positions with Intuit Real Estate Solutions, the former owner of MRI, ConAm’s enterprise software solution. Prior to joining ConAm, he was Vice President of Finance and Systems for SKB Companies, a real estate investment firm based in Portland, Oregon.

Mr. Beedie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Denver.
