Mr. Lane has been with ConAm since 2000.  He currently serves as an acquisition officer responsible for the sourcing, analysis, due diligence, acquisition, and closing of multifamily properties in the western United States.  Prior to his current role, Mr. Lane served as an investment manager within ConAm’s Investment Management Group with responsibilities for ConAm-owned assets located in Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and Northern California. 

Prior to joining ConAm, Mr. Lane worked as an investment analyst and retirement plan specialist with Crestone Capital (The Eric Kramer Company) – a leading independent investment management firm.      

Mr. Lane holds a master’s in business administration from the University of Colorado and received his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of California, Irvine.  Mr. Lane is a registered representative for ConAm Securities, Inc. and holds a Series 7 license.
