Mr. Semon joined ConAm in 1998 and currently serves as vice president of acquisitions, handling transactions in the eastern United States.

Prior to joining ConAm, Mr. Semon was senior vice president of acquisitions and sales for Temple-Inland Properties, a subsidiary of Temple-Inland, Inc. 

With more than 20 years experience in asset management, development and transactions, he has been responsible for more than $1 billion in principal transaction volume.  His experience extends beyond transaction expertise to entitlements, renovation and repositioning, and market research.
