Mr. Vance joined ConAm in 2008 and currently serves as an acquisition officer responsible for the sourcing, analysis, due diligence and closing of multifamily properties for select markets in the western U.S.

Prior to joining ConAm, Mr. Vance worked as an Acquisition Officer for Premier Coastal Development where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and closing the company's real estate development transactions.

Mr. Vance has a professional certificate in Urban Planning and Development from the University of California, San Diego and a bachelor's degree in Business Finance from Montana State University. He is also a licensed California real estate broker.
