Acquisition Criteria

• Apartment communities (value-added potential preferred in supply constrained and/or recovering markets)
• Age is not a criterion; will consider older properties with rehab potential
• Strong locations showing job growth and population growth
• 100 units or more; portfolios considered
• $5,000,000 or more
• All cash or financed (tax-exempt bonds are also considered)

Active Market Areas:

* Will consider land sites for development in these markets.
