Compliance Specialist
Regional Vice President
This is the senior positon in a region and is strategic by nature. The regional vice president is responsible for maximizing the potential of the communities in the region and for new business development.
Regional Portfolio Manager
Responsible for the profitable operations of a portfolio of communities, ensuring excellent customer service and responsible asset preservation. Maintains ConAm’s fiduciary responsibilities in the supervision and direction of the day-to-day operation of the apartment communities.
Director of Marketing and Education
The director of marketing and education has two primary responsibilities: (1) to manage and coordinate marketing for the communities in the region, developing marketing plans and strategies to respond to competitive conditions and changing markets; and (2) provide training in critical areas, such as fair housing, leasing and customer service.
Regional Systems Coordinator
Responsible to support the regional portfolio managers and director of operations by: reviewing and maintaining the integrity of rent collection, banking, regulatory compliance, operating procedures and systems support at apartment communities within their region. Trains new hires, conducts follow up training, and conducts community audits.
Regional Administrator
As the liason between regional associates and Human Resources/Payroll, this position is responsible for recruiting, preparing formal offers of employment, conducting new hire orientation meetings, processing salary changes and transfers, and reviewing and approving timecards. Associates who have questions relating to personnel policies or employee benefits may contact the Regional Administrator for assistance.
Regional Maintenance Director
Responsible to maintain superior performance in all aspects of the maintenance component for ConAm managed communities in the region. Through careful hiring, training and staff supervision, ensure that interior and exterior maintenance, capital improvements, purchasing and work place safety are performed at a high standard.
Regional Maintenance Supervisor
Regional Maintenance Supervisors oversee capital improvements, safety, recruiting, and training for a portfolio of communities. They work closely with vendors to ensure high quality services are provided to communities, write job specifications for specific maintenance projects, and assist Maintenance Directors at communities, as needed.
Administrative Assistant
Provides administrative support to Regional Portfolio Managers and others in the regional office. Schedules meetings, maintains files, and provides general clerical/secretarial support, as needed.
Receptionist
Responsible for promptly answering telephone calls to the regional office, transferring calls as required, greeting and assisting callers and visitors/guests. Provides general secretarial/clerical support, as needed.
